What is WODP?
  
      Workers' Organization Development Program (WODP) is a flagship program
of the Development of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The WODP guidelines are 
found in DOLE Order No.26, series of 1995.

      WODP provides GRANTS for WORKERS' ORGANIZATIONAL and their INDIVIDUAL 
MEMBERS. For an organization to qualify, it must first be REGISTERED either 
by the DOLE, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), or the Securities 
and Exchange Commission (SEC). The target beneficiaries of WODP are the 
following type of organizations and their members:

      > Trade union centers, labor federation, national union, locals
        or chapters and independent union;

      > Women workers' and

      > Workers' cooperatives.
