The subscriber shall initially
pay one-time connection
fee and advance one-month
deposit to activate the
subscriber's account.
The one-month deposit
shall only be used initially
to settle accounts due
to the subscriber as stipulated
in this application upon
the subscribers manifestation
to terminate this contract.
The subscriber, upon termination,
shall be billed up this
excess usage.
Monthly subscription fees
will be billed every first
week of the succeeding
month. For accounts activated
after the first day of
any month, billing will
be adjusted proportionately
to the number of days
remaining still the beginning
of the next month. If
however, the usage exceeds
the subscribed plan, the
subscriber shall be billed
accordingly.
Failure to pay within
fifteen (15) days of the
date billing will result
in second bill being sent
to the subscriber. Failure
to pay within another
fifteen (15) days of he
second billing date will
give the EVISNet the right
to temporarily deactivate
the subscriber's account.
If an account has been
deactivated for more than
thirty (30) days, EVISNet
has the right to delete
the space and another
account information to
make room for other accounts.
An account shall only
be reactivated after fees
and dues are settled.
A subscriber may decide
to cancel their subscription
anytime. However, any
payment they may have
made with EVISNet will
not be refunded.
Subscriber's
Responsibility
To promote inter-agency
sharing for development
information, government
agencies and RDC member,
Non-government Organizations
shall contribute in the
building-up of he network's
database by providing
at least a one-page information
about their organization
for posting I the EVISNet
homepage within thirty
(30) days from the start
of their subscription.
The updating of the data
located in the network's
database and homepages
shall be the main responsibility
of the concerned organization/subscriber.
It is the subscriber's
responsibility to keep
the whole computer network
secure by keeping their
account as secure as possible.
Account passwords should
never be disclosed/given
to anyone not connected
to or without the authorization
by the subscriber. Failure
to keep this condition
will give EVISNet the
right to deactivate the
offending account(s).
