TACLOBAN CITY – The central police station here recently received three brand new computer sets from the city government.

The supply, intelligence and investigation division office of the central police station each received a computer set which had a total cost if P130, 000.

Supt. Arnulfo Cruz, city police chief, has expressed gratitude for the assistance and support of the city government saying the donation of computers is a sign of unwavering cooperation to help them maintain peace and order And deter criminalities in the city.

He said these computer sets could at least ease the burden in their record keeping and document making especially on cases concerning the citizenry.

Meanwhile, the city PNP media liaison officer and assistant supply officer, SPO2 Romeo Plasquita, is undergoing computer lessons in preparation for a greater task.

Plasquita said it is necessary for them to know how to operate the computers so that they can maximize the computers’ use.
